I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina (A20199) and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in South Carolina (9046). I provide clinical counseling for teens 15 years + and adults. I hold a Doctorate in Formational Counseling and Masters' degrees in Clinical Counseling and Spiritual Formation and Leadership. Additionally, I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner with Brainspotting Trainings LLC. I have been supporting individuals within the Christian community in a non-clinical capacity for over a decade. While my clinical work is grounded in science, my faith informs my work as a clinician in important ways. It provides a framework in which all people are accepted by me as valuable and worthy of love. It also provides me with an unshakable hope that human beings are capable of profound growth and change. I approach clinical work from a body-based attachment framework. This means I believe in caring for the whole person, focusing on the intricate interplay between mind, body, and spirit. My work with clients is deeply rooted in the understanding that early attachment experiences are not only imprinted in the mind but also stored in the body, influencing one's relational patterns and emotional responses. Through compassionate exploration, somatic interventions, and embodied practices, we will explore the wonder and mystery of who you are and promote a healing experience that will facilitate a life in which you can experience harmony within yourself and in relationship with others.
