How would you describe your relationship with yourself? Whether it is because of painful and difficult moments or relationships, behaviors that feel like they are out of your control, traumas that you've experienced, over time you have probably recorded some tapes that you play in your head that keep you feeling stuck. I believe that every person has the ability to change these tapes and improve their relationships with themselves. My goal is to be a compassionate and collaborative resource to improve that relationship with yourself, create an awareness of your strengths, and help you develop the skills needed to fulfill your goals. I have years of experience working with people changing their thought patterns and increasing their confidence. Particular issues I have worked with include body positivity, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, life transitions and men's issues. I know that life can sometimes get in the way of taking care of ourselves, so I am happy to offer evening availability. I know that taking the step to reach out to a therapist can be a scary experience, but together, I know we can create a plan to start on a path toward your goals.
