Introduction

I earned my Master's in Social Work in 2012, and since then, I've been working to gain more evidenced based interventions to help clients gain insight, curiosity, and empowerment. I specialize in treating trauma, and I was certified in EMDR in 2023. I have worked in a number of fields, including medical social work and hospice, homelessness, and severe mental health issues. I have a broad-based understanding of the issues that life can throw at us to deal with.
