My passion is to give people a place to tell their story, engage with the difficult questions, heal from the wounds in the answer and create a plan to move forward. Within my spiritually integrative approach, I incorporate the thoughts, emotions and how the body holds onto the life story, and willing to include spirituality as requested. Parts of my story include being an Army brat and part of a large family, working in a church setting, raising a family (now with grandkids) and o so much more. My life and emotional resume is long!
