Howdy! I have a heart for working with individuals who have experienced any kind of life trauma. I fully believe that we are all broken people coming alongside of one another in order to process through that brokenness in a mindful manner. My clients can expect to be met with compassion and empathy, but also an understanding that the space provided is theirs alone and I will do whatever it takes to make sure it is safe. At the end of the day it is important to remember that life is tough, but so are you!
