To facilitate healing, I use EMDR, a specialized treatment that blends neurobiology with technology to enhance the therapeutic process. I also incorporate Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, communication strategies, Internal Family Systems, and cognitive techniques to create a well-rounded and effective approach in our sessions
