I’m Keshia. I was born and raised in Grenada, MS where I still currently reside with my spouse and two children. I believe that LIFE, like therapy is about pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, and embracing growth and learning those new things that will develop into new behaviors and thinking patterns. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling from Delta State university in 2016. This has enabled me to work with so many amazing people, in varying populations, who are seeking support and/or are having difficulty with mental health disorders. Embracing my passion, I established my own private practice where I spend my week. I am passionate about taking an integrative and holistic approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), experiential, and person-centered techniques to treat the whole person and ensure that what is done in therapy is personalized, collaborative, and unique to you as a client. In my free time, I enjoy all things outdoor (hiking, running, cycling, gardening), traveling, spending time with my family, and playing with our furry children Ellie and Gracie. I am looking forward to getting to know you!
