I work with you to continue to establish or reestablish a connection with your (and your partner's) genuine self. I study and practice with therapy techniques that focus on the process underneath, are trauma-informed, and help you (and your partner) move towards acceptance and compassion for your humanness. My aim is to help you experience new ways of interacting with you (and your partner) so you have the skills to work through problems as they arise outside of session.
