Introduction

Hi! I'm a psychotherapist that provides trauma-informed, culturally affirmative care specializing in depression, trauma and LGBTQAI+ issues. If you're feeling down—maybe sad, lonely, or exhausted—or like life just doesn’t have meaning right now, you're not alone. It’s also common to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and like everything is out of control. Or maybe you're feeling all of this at once: life is chaotic, disorganized, and you’re on edge. Whatever you're going through, my work is all about helping you understand and move through those feelings toward healing. I take a compassionate, empathetic approach to therapy, working with you to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. I’m here to support you—meeting you where you are with curiosity, energy, and care. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together With a strong background in psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapies, I’ve helped individuals from all walks of life with challenges like depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, gender dysphoria, substance use, self-harm, LGBTQ+ identity struggles, and men’s health issues. I also teach and train at NYU, where I focus on psychoanalytic work with diverse populations. I know finding the right therapist can be tough, and it’s a big step. Whether you’re here because you're struggling with something specific or just need someone to talk to, I’d love to have a conversation about how we can work together. I’m passionate about this work, and it would be an honor to support you as we explore a path to a more peaceful, connected life.
