Introduction

Welcome! My name is Kevin and I was an unofficial therapist long before my clinical training at Drexel University. My family and I have dealt with many struggles that families in 2024 face, like cancer, drug addiction, death, suicidality, anxiety, depression, & infertility to name a few. I have worked through these issues and would be honored to walk with you while you do the same. Before my clinical training I worked with children with Autism and their families, helping them develop employable skills, for over 8 years, and have a strong understanding of ABA. After obtaining my Master's in Couple's and Family Therapy, I have worked in a variety of professional settings; in the homes of at risk children and families, an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and an outpatient drug and alcohol recovery program before settling into private practice. My experience has taught me to meet my clients where they are at, with cultural competency, non judgement and a balance of empathy and accountability during our work together. I believe in learning about your whole system, providing understanding to your patterns of behavior in relationships. I am a person too, and often incorporate humor, when appropriate, to help build trust and the therapeutic relationship. If you are seeking therapy for the first time or looking for a new therapist time, you are in the right place. I would be happy learn what's going on in your life and if we would be a good fit for each other. Take care, Kevin.
