I specialize in working those who have concerns related to anxiety, depression, work-life balance, cultural and systemic oppression, communication, and increasing coping skills. My warmth and sense of humor, paired with my education and experience will help us work together to achieve your goals. I want to highlight your strength and courage in taking this next step; sometimes seeking help is half the battle.
