My counseling style is client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-focused. I help adults facing a variety of issues including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I customize treatment, approaching care by "meeting you where you are" using EMDR, interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), and polyvagal-informed therapy. Finding the right therapist is a key piece of the healing puzzle. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and welcoming space where my clients can thrive.
