My clinical work began with those suffering from complex trauma. It has expanded to include extensive work with those struggling with issues of control; often seen through anger, OCD, intense anxiety, and failing relationships. Two valuable lessons have been learned through my experience as a counselor: 1) the ease with which we become disconnected from the present moment and 2) the necessity of actively confronting our struggles. Counseling is designed with these two lessons in mind, while maintaining flexibility to suit your individual needs.
