As a queer black woman I sought the space that I have created for you. Clinically, I approach therapy from a "soul" approach. Understanding that our thoughts can cause us to believe falsehoods. Our emotions can make the most untrue thing feel so real. As an integrative therapist I use cognitive behavioral interventions to help you challenge those cycling thoughts that have manifested into anxiety, depression, elevated stress, low motivation, relationship concerns, and crushed self-esteem. I follow the traditional art of psychoanalysis to grant you the opportunity to unpack and process suppressed emotions. As a person-centered therapist you are in the driver's seat of your healing.
