I wonder if you have ever felt that you are stuck in a never-ending cycle? Maybe you have tried restoring your relationships, worked toward changing a habit, or decreasing pain but, found that no matter what you tried, things just wouldn’t improve? This can occur when our brain tries to protect us by repeating practices that once kept us safe. However, today this could be holding you back, and stepping outside of your comfort zone may foster the healing you need. That’s where I’d love to walk alongside you and help you take your first step toward change! I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family therapy, a bachelor's in Behavioral Health Science and I have previously worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician. I am trained in EMDR as well as Prepare and Enrich for pre-marital and marital counseling. I have a huge passion for working with couples stuck in painful cycles as well as individuals struggling with trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety, and depression. In the therapy room, I value the importance of a healthy spirit, mind, and body and providing a non-judgmental space to help foster your authenticity and growth. I will often view our work through a trauma and attachment lens. If you’d like to schedule a consultation call, an appointment, or have any questions I would love to hear from you.
