Introduction

Hello! I am Kierstyn Mao, a licensed mental health counselor and Expressive Arts Therapist. I use a collaborative and eclectic approach to address themes of relational trauma, depression, identity, self-esteem, and anxiety. Expressive arts assists with processing by adding a third party in the therapeutic relationship that we can use to hold space for and move through difficult emotions.
