Life transitions related to navigating young adulthood, managing anxiety, or maintaining a healthy relationship can be difficult and often lead to feelings of uncertainty, especially if you feel like you don’t have the coping skills to manage what can often be a trying time. It can be helpful and reassuring to have someone provide a supportive, safe space and feedback while navigating these challenges. My values include honesty, respect, growth and compassion.
