I'm originally from Southern California and have lived in Charlotte for several years. I'm a licensed therapist with a degree in psychology and a master's in clinical social work. I'm skilled at treating many mental health challenges and specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues & more. I have a gentle "no-nonsense" approach that clients find VERY productive throughout the course of therapy.
