Counseling Surviving to Thriving Counseling
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Abandonment,

Introduction

My journey in the counseling profession started many years ago as a volunteer Rape Crisis Counselor at a local YWCA. After receiving my master's degree in counseling in 1995, my journey continued over the years, and became a passion for working with survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence. I believe that from trauma there can be healing and life changing growth when we allow ourselves to embrace self-compassion and acceptance. My goal for your therapeutic process with me is to help you discover your inner strength and self-compassion and accompany you on your path to healing.
