I have been supporting people and their families for over 20 years. I take a person centered approach to allow for my clients to develop solutions and skills to live better. I have worked with children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety amd depression and I use my own personal experiences to empathize with them. My Clincal approaches include: Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy. People are in need of support, and telehealth allows me to reach more people than I could if I offered in-person therapy only. I love that people can choose the environment they feel most comfortable with and receive support.
