I am a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping people to live the life they deserve by navigating challenges and helping you to discover your own inner strength to invoke the change you are seeking. My approach is trauma focused, strengths based and 100% centered around you. I integrate a variety of methods, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness based therapies, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to tailor each session to fit your individual needs and goals. I strive to foster a warm, safe, therapeutic space to help you take the steps towards the life you want.
