Hello, It is a pleasure to meet you! My passion is helping people live their lives to the fullest. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervisor credential (LPCC-S). I hold a Master of Arts in Community Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling. I have over 15 years of professional counseling experience and over 30 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples and at-risk populations. I work from a strength-based, trauma-informed and multi-cultural approach using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Post-traumatic Growth, Grief and Loss Therapy, and Spirituality to assist clients with living their lives to the fullest. My goal is to help clients have hope and relief, better understanding of their challenging circumstances, progress on and completion of their goals and connection to community resources for additional support as needed.
