Introduction

It is my passion to come alongside teenage girls and women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship issues, life transitions and grief and loss. I desire to provide a safe place for you to share your story freely, identify faulty belief patterns, process trauma and provide tools and resources so you may learn to walk in freedom. It is my aim to meet you where you are emotionally and spiritually and to guide you in the healing process. I believe our true identity and hope is found in Jesus. It would be my honor and privilege to help you in your journey towards healing and hope. I primarily work with teenage girls and women who suffer from depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse, eating disorders, relationship issues, low self-worth, and/or a lack of boundaries. I also work with women who are undergoing life transitions and those who are dealing with grief and loss. I know that seeking help is never easy, but please know it would be my joy to walk alongside you in your healing journey. Please reach out to me if I can be of assistance.
