Kimberly is an experienced Associate Clinical Social Worker who has worked with children, youth and families who have experienced trauma. Kimberly has an educational background in Psychology, with a Master's degree in Social Work. She comes with experience in administering crisis therapeutic interventions and extensive work history in social work practices. She has worked with diverse populations which has provided a strong foundation in helping clients address a range of issues including, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, violence, academic difficulties, abuse, neglect, exploitation and family conflict. Kimberly's approach to therapy, generally is to focus on using evidence-based modalities including CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Short-term Brief therapy. She is passionate about understanding and helping people in their daily life manage crisis situations, develop resources of support that can restore wellness during times of chaos and stress. As a therapist, her goal is to empower people to navigate change, promote growth and restore hope and greater happiness.
