Specialties: Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Abandonment,

Introduction

My work has taken me to Haiti, where I volunteered with an orphanage, helping staff and adoptive parents become more trauma-informed. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including children and adults who are survivors of sexual abuse. I’m certified in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and I help families process trauma together. I’m also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is currently the primary treatment I utilize in my practice today. I am also an EMDR Consultant and Facilitator and well as a Qualified Licensure Supervisor in the state of Florida. I focus on exposing and unrooting trauma. Trauma can impact so many systems in our lives. It influences how we parent, how we relate to others, and how we process our experiences. My goal is to help you identify trauma cycles, allowing you to see yourself and the world more accurately. Together, we will process your experiences and reach adaptive and healthy resolutions so you can move into your future with confidence. We will work to break generational cycles.
