Introduction

Life is overwhelming, complicated and just plain messy, sometimes. We may find ourselves in situations we never believed would happen to us due to the uncertainties of life. As we navigate through our own unique journey, we can become frustrated and overwhelmed, and it affects our mental health. At times, we may even want to just give up. My hope is that as your therapist you allow me to help you find your peace, your purpose and regain your power. My desire is you allow me to sit with you in the space you are, and together we can make your life passage smoother; more enjoyable. In considering therapy If that means having someone to ‘talk it out’ with, someone to help you ‘figure it all out’, or someone to simply listen, without judgment, it would be my pleasure to be the person to help you understand this sometimes overwhelming, sometimes complicated and sometimes chaotic life. As a Military Veteran, female-centric mental health therapist with over 25 years of experience, It would be my honor to help you find your voice, reclaim your power, and take control over your life. Contact me at Cross Connection Counseling for a free initial visit to see if we are a good match.
