I combine warmth, authenticity, compassion and cultural responsiveness to cultivate a space where you can feel safe to process difficult emotions, learn new skills, and increase your sense of balance between mind, body and spirit. As an integrative psychotherapist I draw from a wide range of interventions including CBT, mindfulness practices, somatic interventions, psychodynamic principles, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts. My work is informed by attachment, developmental and systems theories as well as interpersonal neurobiology. Our work together is collaborative and the interventions we use depend on your wants and needs.
