I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. Since 1998, I've been providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in the home, school, and community settings. I take a cognitive behavioral and psychoeducational approach to my work with clients. My greatest area of interest/specialization have been helping people manage depression, anxiety, moving beyond traumatic life events, self-esteem building and empowerment, improving relationships and communication within families and couples, and behavior modification.
