It is my belief, even when you don’t feel equipped, you have everything you need to take the next step in life. During our therapy sessions, it is my goal to ensure you feel safe, supported, comfortable & confident, while implementing practical therapy modalities such as Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness - Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy and/or Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
