Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor and have been working in the mental health and substance abuse field for 12 years. I am also board approved to provide supervision for other LPCs that are under supervision for their licensure. My focus and goals are to work with those that have been impacted by trauma, mental health, addictions (including gambling), codependency, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal/relationship issues. I am a certified clinical trauma professional level 2, EMDR trained, Seeking Safety trained, gambling trained (soon to be certified) with years of experience in many modalities. I have a client centered, trauma informed, multifaceted, and eclectic approach. All my therapy is individualized to you and your needs. I am accepting new clients virtually and eventually will take in person appointments. I currently am accepting BCBS and Health Choice; however, I will be taking others in the near future.
