Introduction

You’ve been carrying a lot—responsibilities, expectations, old wounds, and the unspoken pressure to “keep it all together.” Maybe you’re wrestling with anxiety, trauma, spiritual confusion, or the exhaustion of constantly having to explain yourself. Maybe you’ve outgrown old coping patterns but don’t know what comes next. You’re not broken—you’re tired. And you’re ready for something different. Something more honest, more embodied, and more you. I specialize in working with Black clients navigating trauma, racial stress, and identity shifts—including those rethinking their relationship with faith or trying to find it again. My work is culturally grounded, spiritually open, and clinically sound. I’ve spent 16 years walking with people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives, and I still believe deeply in our capacity to heal and come home to ourselves. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and faith-liberating practices rooted in the body and the soul. I’m also a Certified Enneagram Coach and the founder of The Reese Collective—a virtual collective of healing resources for Black people. Whether through therapy, consultation, or community offerings, this work centers liberation, safety, and restoration. Therapy with me isn’t about perfection—it’s about possibility. If you’re ready to feel safe in your own body, rewrite old narratives, and experience healing on your terms, I’d be honored to walk with you.
