Wellcome to Flourish: I am a licensed psychologist with specialty training in health psychology. I work with adults to improve adjustment to and management of medical conditions to support physical health and wellness goals. Health conditions I work with include chronic pain, cardiac conditions, cancer, diabetes, obesity, disordered eating, and sleep issues. I also work with people addressing depression, anxiety, grief that often go with chronic physical health conditions, and medical providers struggling with burnout. My clinical inspiration is firmly rooted in mind and body connections to create holistic healing. I am committed to clinical excellence and the comprehensive delivery of psychological services which often includes partnering with your medical providers. And so, with the combination of empirically based treatments, your innate strengths, we, working together, create your individualized road map to wellness and a life worth living. Please note individual responses to therapy may vary based on several factors. Presently I offer individual sessions.
