Introduction

I’ve been happily working in private practice for over 5 years, and I truly believe that therapy should be a compassionate and relatable journey for everyone. I love incorporating humor, a bit of self-deprecation, and a relaxed atmosphere to make my patients feel at ease as we navigate the therapeutic process together. I focus on supporting adults, adolescents, couples, and families in their one-of-a-kind journeys. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I am deeply passionate about supporting families as they navigate their unique paths and connect with valuable resources and services. I understand the importance of finding the right support and am here to assist in any way that's helpful to you. Before starting my private practice, I worked closely with high-risk youth and families, helping them navigate the complexities of trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, suicidal ideation, self-harm, personality disorders, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and so much more. Each story and struggle is important to me, and I strive to provide a safe space for healing and growth. I’m excited to share that my cozy office is located right at Ventura Harbor Village! On top of our traditional sessions, I now offer beach therapy, also known as “ocean therapy” or “coastal therapy.” It’s become quite popular lately! By incorporating nature and the beauty of the ocean, along with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I aim to help you achieve your personal goals while enjoying everything the beach has to offer. Let’s embark on this journey together!
