Life is an incredible journey, yet full of unexpected twists and turns. Unfortunately, we all get stuck at times. Sometimes really stuck! That’s where I come in. With a background in strength-based, solution-focused therapy and years of life coaching and career counseling, I’ve helped many clients not only MANAGE confusing or hard seasons of life, but THRIVE! Change often brings stress, anxiety, loss of purpose and a flurry of other problems. It can get better! I've seen it SO MANY times. My goal is for you to see your situation with more hope, more clarity and less stress and discouragement. That is the beauty of intentional, focused, hope-filled counseling! I am licensed in Washington state with 10 years of professional work experience. I approach counseling by truly listening, showing compassion and encouragement while exploring your thoughts/actions that are keeping you stuck. My goal is to explore the barriers and help you make movement to where you need to be. I also truly enjoy counseling from a Christian Perspective. I am a private pay therapist and have a much reduced fee at $90 for 50 minute to make it truly affordable counseling for you!
