Introduction

Are you struggling to make sense of your child’s behavior? Are you feeling like a failure when your children are struggling at school or home, or because your child is not the happy, bubbly child you know them to be? Do you need support yourselves from what seems like endless struggle? Are you struggling to form healthy and safe attachments, or heal from the past? Do you feel alone? We know humans are constantly evolving and learning to adjust to numerous changes, so if you would like support through these challenges to feel able to breathe again and embrace moments with yourself or your child, I am here to help! Taking a brave step into therapy, you will see increased coping skill ability, more regulated emotional stability, trauma response stability, and a decrease in negative thinking or anxiety. In therapy we can start to heal from traumatic events, stress, and anxiety through “talk therapy," CBT, DBT, mindfulness and therapeutic play. I can also now offer EMDR. I strive to provide a comfortable space, open for any length of discussion and exploration. You can expect unlimited amounts of empathy and compassion. I have had 8 years of experience working with children and adults across in home and hospital settings. Please check out my clinic’s website at reflectionsmhwi.com to see if I am a good fit for you!
