If you’ve been desiring to be seen, heard, and fully known, you have come to the right place. It’s here that we will sit together and be present as we navigate the spaces of your life that you find might be holding you back. You can come as you are and feel safe here. I am a LPC student intern who has been clinically trained to help you work through what brought you to counseling. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, and more. My use of emotion-focused therapy techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, solution-focused techniques, and others allow me to tailor treatment plans to exactly what you need. My person-centered, collaborative approach will connect you to the counseling process and help you feel fully seen and known. My desire is to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable showing up as you are and to help you move forward in your life.
