Introduction

Most of us crave happiness, peace and satisfaction, but find ourselves stuck, feeling like we are not really living our lives. It often takes an outside perspective and focused work to get unstuck and feel happy. You may not be entirely sure why you act and feel certain ways. Working together we can discover, unpack and process old patterns that are with you but not serving you, patterns responsible for anxiety, depression, addiction (of all kinds) and relationship struggles. Together we can create a space to safely explore your fear, hope, sadness, confusion and longstanding patterns. We can generate personal clarity, confidence and support in your daily life. We accomplish this as a team by using evidence based tools to build a solid foundation of personal growth. In my time as a therapist, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of people; veterans struggling with suicide, transgender clients experiencing homelessness, people grappling with substance use and many others simply needing clarity in stressful times. I welcome the opportunity to chat and see if we are a good fit. I offer some evening and weekend spots for both initial consultations and regular sessions.
