Introduction

I enjoy helping children, teens, and adults navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ care, relationship issues and academic challenges. I utilize play therapy, psychodynamic and existential therapies, & mindfulness approaches to assist kids, teens and adults in learning skills to improve their coping with life's challenges. In my work with couples, I utilize the Gottman Method to provide couples with skills to improve their problem solving and communication. I would be honored to assist you on your journey. I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Sunday to Thursday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We have more than 60 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
