I have over 24 years of counseling experience working with individuals as well as couples and families. I use a solution-focused approach as well as CBT (change your thinking and you will change your behaviors). I specialize in facilitating conflict resolution as well as working with couples on relationship issues. I offer premarital counseling as well. I have extensive experience working with ex-spouses on co-parenting and have worked with children for 26 years. I've been certified in advanced family mediation and have experience in mediating child custody and divorce cases.
