I chose to go into the mental health field because it's important to not just survive in our lives, but also to thrive. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, so the therapeutic process is tailored to your specific needs. I am a trained EMDR therapist. I also utilize CBT, ERP, and person- centered strategies. Additionally, I enjoy coaching parents on implementing positive parenting strategies. Engaging in therapeutic services provides the opportunity to challenge limiting beliefs, develop healthy beliefs, gain insight, heal from your past experiences, and strengthen self-esteem. A byproduct of therapy is often personal growth which leads to the ability to strengthen and build healthy relationships.
