Hi, I’m Krissy Boatright, AMFT, APCC, and Certified Wellness Coach. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working in education and behavior analysis—supporting children, teens, and families through some of their most challenging moments. That foundation deeply shapes how I show up today: with compassion, honesty, and an understanding that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, trauma recovery, mood disorders, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work, and I’m especially passionate about supporting deep thinkers, sensitive feelers, and those navigating cycles of self-abandonment or burnout. Whether you're going through a major life shift or trying to better understand your own patterns, I’m here to walk alongside you. Therapy with me is collaborative, real, and deeply respectful of who you are.
