I am here to support you in being your best self. I work with you to tailor each session to meet your overall goals, and to address your specific needs each time we meet. It is important you feel safe and supported during our time together, and that you are able to explore all aspects of who you are - the parts you like about yourself, the parts you don't like so much and the parts of you that you have yet to discover. I offer radical acceptance, compassion, and insight and hope to instill the same in you - so that you can fully step into being your full self and live your best life! There is no time like the present:-) My approach has a foundation of existential therapy, a splattering of positive psychology, solution focused therapy, DBT and motivational interviewing together with a heavy sprinkling of mindfulness. I integrate whole body and mind mental wellness approaches when called upon and appropriate. I am here for all humans no matter what you struggle with.
