Introduction

I offer in-depth Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I have over 15 years of direct social work experience working in a variety of settings to include; women's health, family preservation, foster care and adoption, home health hospice, cancer prevention/treatment, and houselessness. I am hopeful, by working together, we can identify the root causes of your condition, alleviate your symptoms and help you function more effectively. My clients are often people who find themselves stuck, lonely, exhausted and unfulfilled. I bring a unique ability to provide high-quality professional care without sacrificing the warmth and authenticity of a human relationship. Utilizing a holistic and humanistic approach, I view the client's relationship with their environment as essential to treatment planning and consider the complex impact of trauma on an individual's well-being and current functioning. I offer a strength-based, person-centered approach, with specialized training in IFS and Sandplay therapies. I genuinely care about you. We all experience moments when we are worried, scared, alone and need support. Knowing my clients and being with them in this process is a privilege.
