Do you struggle in family, romantic or work related relationships? Maybe you experience anxiety, sadness or anger and are struggling with significant life transitions or past events which were traumatic? Giving you the space to voice your feelings, needs, and thoughts is central to my work with you. I believe everyone has strengths that can be used to change any life situation. Our focus would be to identify these strengths to allow you to move forward in your journey. I believe support is crucial and necessary during difficult times. I provide an environment that is empathetic, supportive, and non judgemental with an emphasis on the alliance between myself and my clients. I am a LCSW-R with advanced training in relational theory from the Stephen Mitchell Center for Relational Studies, Relational Family Therapy, both for couples and families, from Ackerman Institute for the Family, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety Disorders from the Beck Institute and Fertility Counseling through Covington and Hafkin.
