Our life experiences, stressors, and coping mechanisms can sometimes lead us to make choices that can produce more challenges than benefits. I view the therapeutic relationship as a non-judgmental partnership. It is my goal to collaboratively develop new effective ways to manage your distress, improve your relationships, and gain a better sense of who you are. I have been practicing for 10 years. My clients have experienced trauma, depression, self injury, suicidality, and impulsive behaviors. While I use an integrative approach, I mostly use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This is most effective with individuals that experience emotional challenges, difficulty tolerating distress, problems with interpersonal relationships, and lacking in their sense of self. My services include individual, group, and couple sessions, as well as phone coaching. I offer a free phone consultation so you can be confident in your decision to engage in therapy. I encourage you to call and make the first step. Together we can discover the balance of acceptance and change.
