Hi, I’m Kris (she/her). I’m a dynamic, queer Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #154111). Before joining the mental health field, I spent over a decade working in corporate HR, helping individuals and teams navigate leadership, growth, and personal and professional transitions. Now-I specialize in working with people navigating life transitions—whether it’s a career pivot, identity shift, grief process, or relationship change. As someone who has experienced my own major transitions, I understand how overwhelming and disorienting growth can feel. I work from an integrative, relational approach, drawing from psychodynamic, narrative, somatic, Gestalt, and client-centered modalities. I also welcome clients who are curious about weaving in insight-oriented tools like tarot, astrology, or human design into our work together. As a queer clinician, I am deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration and healing. I also support individuals and partners exploring kink, those in consensually and ethically non-monogamous (CNM/ENM), polyamorous relationships, and navigating alternative relationship structures. My goal is to offer a collaborative, grounding space where you can show up fully, and receive the support you deserve.
