I am committed to helping individuals and families learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves, their partners, their families, and those they surround themselves with. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, thinking patterns, and distorted core beliefs. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
