I offer online therapy. I love to support and help others. My goal is to create meaningful change in a direct and honest way. It’s not always easy to lean into discomfort or be vulnerable. I create an environment where my clients can grow, tell their story and rewrite their narrative. I have over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, women and adults in a variety of settings. I utilize a strength-based approach and believe each person is unique and deserves unconditional, positive regard. I work with people who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, identity concerns, life transition concerns and women’s issues. My Approach While I believe talk therapy, processing belief systems and discussing patterns of behavior are important, I am also trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities. This includes Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandplay, the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Parts work, Rites of Passage framework, Horticultural Therapy, and a Whole Person Wellness approach. Everyone is unique and I want to support you in the way that feels the most helpful.
