Using Person-Centered Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I work with: Women (30–45) navigating perfectionism and boundary setting, Men (30–45) facing relationship challenges and developing emotional mastery, and Caretakers (40–55) experiencing overwhelm and balancing self-care with caregiving.
