I practice an integrative, or multi-modal, approach to therapy. This means that I utilize techniques from several evidence-based therapy modalities in a way that creates an individualized, effective treatment plan. This flexible approach draws on techniques, skills, and concepts from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strengths-based therapy. My approach aims to address mental health difficulties across a range of different diagnostic disorders or conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress-related disorders. Additionally, I aim to support clients with skill building around life transitions, stress management, emotion dysregulation, and relationship conflicts.
